My computer does not allow me to download any %26quot;unsecured%26quot; programs such as iTunes, AIM,Yahoo Messenger, etc..It does not allow me to sign in into my Yahoo messenger or Aim Messenger.

Please HELP me because this is getting on my nerves PLEASE.!!
