How do you get google to change the search results for my website?

i recently optimized my website with keywords and changed a lot of my content i would like google to change the results they have listed about each page in my website as they now have listed all my old content is there a way of doing this. please help all seo gurus.

Google should eventually spider your page automaticly however it may take time. The best way to spped up the proccess is trying to get back links pointing to your website. Also verify your site in google webmaster tools. This should send the spiders faster, in addition try using google sitemap generator. Using thier tools In a way helps them help you. You both benifit.
How do you get google to change the search results for my website?
1. Register in www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

2. Add your site, verify your website and submit your website new site map.

3. Submit your website in few directories

4. Do blog commenting (just 10 comments), do not spam be responsible and do.

5. Write a press release about your website content changes (do not write like an advertisement, google on how to write a press release)

6. After 5th step wait for 12 - 24 hours (if you have done all the above 5 steps with in 12 hours).

7. Now login to your account Google webmaster Tools. You can check how fast frequently Google is crawling your website, remove any urls from Google index if you want, and so much of analysis can be done using those Tools.

Hi, as above, but on my site i was impatient so i put a link to Google on it and whether by coincidence or not i was recognized within a day or so. Worth a try anyway.
Google takes around 1-5 weeks to spider your website and index /preprocess any changes in your keyword/meta tag/content layout.



Just be patient and check back in a few weeks and it should change.
