Google Format Change!!!?

so, now whenever i search something on google, instead of having the normal images on top and then all the sites underneath that relate to what you searched, my thing has changed and now all the stuff thats usually to the right of the screen ,theyre like little ads or something, now theyre on top of all the sites and it looks like all strange with everything to the left and no images!! how do i change it back to the old format??????????????????????????????

Go to All Program, Accessories, System Tools, then System Restore! Follow the instruction!
