Click the wrench in the top right corner. Then select Options. Go to Basics tab if it isn't already selected and select Bing from the drop down menu under the title Default Search. Then click Close and you are done.

I would recommend not doing that since MSN (aka Bing, and yes it is the same old thing, with a new look) sucks. But if you must know:
Click the wrench and go settings, then on the Basics tab look beside Default search and select Bing from the drop down list. If it's not in the drop down list you will have to add it by clicking manage then add.
